ENVI-PAK services

The main services provided by the authorized organization ENVI-PAK is to meet its Clients’ regulatory duties under the Packaging Act: 

• Packaging waste collection, recovery and recycling (under Art. 7 Par. 1 of the Packaging Act) including all kinds of packaging materials (paper, glass, plastic, metals, composites, wood and other materials),
• Inform consumers about the correct way to collect packaging waste (under Art. 7 Par. 9 of the Packaging Act),
• Registration of obliged persons in the Register (under Art. 9 Par. 1, 3, 4 or 5 of the Packaging Act),
• Notify about changes of data in the application form for registration in the Register of obliged persons (under Art. 9 Par. 10 of the Packaging Act),
• Record keeping under Art. 10 Par. 1 a) and d) of the Packaging Act,
• Reporting of data summary sheets under Art. 10 Par. 2 a) of the Packaging Act.

Moreover, ENVI-PAK offers a broad range of additional practical services:

The right to use the registered trademark in the territory of the Slovak Republic.

• ENVI-PAK is the only authorized organization in Slovakia repeatedly successfully audited by the SLOVAK ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTORATE that conducted a professional performance and regulatory compliance verification.
• We guarantee sufficient amounts of separately collected material to meet your recovery and recycling limits thanks to our direct cooperation with municipalities and other stakeholders involved in the packaging waste material flow.
