Do you know the meaning of these symbols?
1-1 Every package is made of a material and in order to identify this material, packages bear various markings and logos to inform us about the correct disposal. The arrows tell us that the package is recyclable. The numerical marking informs us about the material of which the package is made and it tells us which container to introduce the package in (how to separate waste).
1-2 This figure tells us that the used package shall be disposed of in the appropriate waste bin. In case of packages from various chemicals please follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
1-3 The placement of the GREEN DOT trademark on product package indicates that the producer participates in the development of the GREEN DOT system, which is the most wide-spread system to ensure secondary raw materials recovery from waste in Europe. Enterprises entitled to use the GREEN DOT trademark and to place it on their product packaging declare in this way their positive environmental attitude and participation in the GREEN DOT system.
